Naturally Care For Your Skin
Most beauty products today contain damaging chemicals and who really wants to use that kind of stuff on their skin? Not me. I certainly dont want to be the guinea pig and find out way too late that some chemical filled product I used was actually too harsh for my skin. Why take the risk when there is a better way to have great looking skin naturally? Here's some thoughts on how to accomplish natural skin care.
We've all heard this over and over again that we should be drinking more water. It is easy to think you can't drink that much water in a day but it really isnt that hard at all. Waste products build up in your skin cells and stop them from working properly if they don't get enough water.
Cleansing your colon once per quarter with an all natural, gentle colon cleanser like Almighty Cleanse. Many have reported a big change in their skin complexion after colon cleansing as it helps the body to rid itself of the toxins.
Besides a colon cleanse it helps tremendously to change your diet. We've all heard the saying "you are what you eat" but it really couldn't be truer. If that is the case then, are you a big mac or are you an all natural kiwi? LOL Seriously though you have to feed your body the nutrients it needs and steer clear of the foods that hurt it. Again, we all probably know what those are, whether we follow it or not is our choice though. It is best to avoid foods with lots of sugar and eat those with fiber and good fats.
Now we have also heard both good and bad about our sun exposure. We do need a little sun everyday as it gives us the all important vitamin D but as we all know too much sun is very bad for you. Be sure to protect all exposed parts of your body, not just your face, by using hats, clothing and of course a high SPF sunscreen.
Another thing we've heard over and over again is to get adaquate exercise. Having good circulation is good for your skin as our cells need to get plenty of oxygen and exercising does that for them. Getting more exercise, stetching and regular massages all help increase the circulation.
Finally of course, we should use natural skin care products. Thankfully there are more and more of these products becoming available as people are realizing that the traditional products contain all sorts of harsh chemicals. Be sure to check the label of the products you buy as those that claim to be natural can contain plenty of things that arent. Truely natural products are less likely to irritate skin, you will also look your best and stay healthy at the same time.
