Fasting and Detoxification: Forbidden Dangers

Decades ago, before medicine, drugs, pharmaceuticals, and alcohol - often the culprits behind a body that is sick today and killing bodies from the inside - there wasn't nearly the need to detoxify and fast. As disgusting as that might sound, our bodies usually are stronger and capable than we think, but its our own behavior that that determine if are healthy or sick, robbing us of our life. Do you know that the human body has a positively amazing ability to detoxify itself? It's true and it's a good thing too, because most of us eat or absorb a seriously high amount of dangerous toxins and ingredients that in effect, poison your body, on a fairly regular basis.

If you eat a fresh healthy diet, are interested in pursuing a healthy living and you do not smoke or drink alcohol in out of the ordinary quantities, your body is better equipped to clean out and cleanse, detoxify and get rid of the toxins - in fact, you may be absolutely oblivious to the dangers that you are eating in your everyday diet - that you eat throughout the day: breakfast, lunch, dinner and all snacks or meals in between. If you currently smoke or your diet is mostly made up of fast food, processed ingredients, artificial ingredients, international cuisine, foods from questionable environments: kitchens or countries or what you might be most familiar with, junk food, your body is likely overtaxed and screaming for help.

Feeling tired constantly to the point you are wondering if you have 'Chronic Fatigue Syndrome - CFS', you are experiencing constant lapses of forgetfulness, lack of focus, or perhaps, you often are sick, catching a flu, susceptible to allergic reactions, and catch practically any virus that surfaces where you work, you might very well need a health check-up, tune-up, some easy fasting and detoxification, the almighty cleanse or a quick body detox, or worse, you might need a complete health overhaul.

Individuals with such ailments certainly would benefit from learning about ways to detoxify your body.

Many who have embraced a regular routine of fasting and detoxification, either singularly or both, have testified to renewed energy, a sharper mind, feeling better, boasting to their physician with astonishing turn-a-rounds, but the benefits of fasting and detoxification are many, too many in fact to cram into this health article.

Yes, there are many health benefits to going through a fast or body detox, but there are also bad parts and to be frank, they can be as serious as death if you are not careful and ignore such 'medical', or health warnings. That's no joke. There are droves of people who are quick to publish and print in health publications, health forums, or health articles about fasting and detoxification benefits yanked straight from the news, too often labeling such a natural remedy as the ultimate diet pill, or the magic bullet in a bottle, so to speak, that will cure all symptoms, ailments and health problems from head to toe.

But, few even realize, perhaps why the supposed experts never bother to publish anything about the down side, or the things that can go horribly wrong when completing or during a body detox - in fact, doing detoxification wrong can lead to your death - killing you, if you aren't crystal clear about the word "death".

Most people claiming that doing detoxification will "cure" anything and everything.
