How to Get Rid of Cellulite: What To Stay Away From

Cellulite is fat that has pushed up through the deeper layers of skin and shows on the outside of our bodies as 'dimples' or makes the skin seem lumpy. I have some rather bad news: Thanks to the way our bodies are made, women experience cellulite more than men do.

If you're thinking, 'Oh just another thing we have to deal with and they don't,' you're exactly right ladies. We always get the raw end of the deal, don't we? But here's the real question: Do you want to know how to get rid of cellulite? Of course you do. And it may be as simple as not eating certain foods.

Just before you were about to take a big bite of something, did you catch yourself thinking, "This is gonna go right to my butt!"? That's just the kind of thing you want to stay away from.

We're talking about stuff like cake, ice cream, cookies, sweets... the usual suspects that are full of sugar, saturated fats, and other bad-for-you things. Sounds like torture, doesn't it? I absolutely understand how hard it is to give up the good life, but ladies, we just have to be tough.

I do however have a suggestion for how to get rid of cellulite and not miss those things we love so much. We can simply replace them with other vices that are sinfully wonderful. Take hot bubble baths, get a younger man, or get a rich man who can buy you diamonds, clothes, and a new car.

But here's the real challenge! We also have to work out. Cardio, aerobics and other workouts will shrink our fat cells and this is great for minimizing the appearance of cellulite.
