by Jen Hopkins

Wrinkle Cream: Is there a breakthrough yet? It is inevitable for many us not to have wrinkles as we age. Wrinkles can be upsetting for many women but not so much on men. The minute you see some signs of wrinkles, you probably are thinking about getting a wrinkle cream on your next shopping trip. You are not alone if you are feeling skeptical about the many wrinkle creams that claim they can eliminate those wrinkles on your skin.

Nowadays, there are many wrinkle creams which are widely available on the market. Buying wrinkle creams which are available on the shelf are also cheaper than going for expensive cosmetic treatments such as plastic surgery. For those who can afford such luxury treatment has an alternative option of using botox injected into the skin where wrinkles are commonly found.

There are many wrinkle creams that are widely available in stores today. It is often less expensive to buy off-the-shelf cream than getting an expensive cosmetic treatment or opting for plastic surgery. One cosmetic treatment, Botox, is injected into the skin where wrinkles form. But it isn't cheap.

More often than not these off the shelf products remove wrinkles by adding moisture to your skin. This tends to cause the skin cells to expand and make the wrinkles less noticeable. While this isn't a permanent cure, results can often be seen in less than thirty days of use.

These affects do not last forever though. Many wrinkle creams won't be able to deliver permanent rejuvenating affects. Regardless, many people are still in search of the ultimate wrinkle cream that will eliminate or hide all of their wrinkles completely.

Not only do these creams moisturize your skin but they also remove dead or damaged skin which can take years off of anyone's age. Also, these creams tend to work on the wrinkles you have now not the wrinkles you are going to have a few months or years. There is no avoiding wrinkling as we age.

Experiment with many different creams. Sometimes inexpensive creams do a better job of hiding or filling in wrinkles than more expensive name brands. Everyone's skin is different so creams that have worked for others many not work as well for you.

The best way to avoid the appearance of fine lines and reducing the depth of wrinkles is to avoid direct exposure of sunlight when you are doing your outdoor activities. You may also want to start using a wrinkle cream that is affordable to you as early as possible before they start appearing.
