Simple and Natural Acne Cures

by Judy Aulin

Most of us have heard at least someone talk about some miraculous acne cure that they've used and openly recommend. These cures for acne are usually home remedies that you might not take too seriously. However, you should not underestimate these suggestions right off the bat. Keep in mind that a successful acne treatment does not just depend on traditional forms of treatment. As a matter of fact, there are some natural acne products out on the market and even daily habits that you can adopt as a form of alleviating your acne problems. In this article, you'll discover some of the changes you can make in your life in hopes of achieving better-looking skin.

Tip One: Never Over Washing

When you wash your skin too much, you are actually stimulating your sebaceous glands. This increased production means that there is now a greater risk of developing clogged pores and acne lesions.

Tip Two: Apply a honey mask on your face

Honey is a great way of disinfecting and healing minor blemishes. This product is especially fit for sensitive skin.

Tip Three: Don't cover your face with your hair

The oil present in your hair will transfer to your face and contribute to breakouts. If you are physically active you may be more likely to transfer oils from your hair to your skin, so consider washing your hair everyday and after workouts.

Tip Four: Avoid picking or squeezing pimples

Most people have the bad habit of picking at their pimples. If you are one of these people then you should stop! Picking at your pimples can also increase sebum production. Another good reason to stop popping pimples, is that when you break the skin you increase the possibility of allowing bacteria to enter the deeper layers of the skin.

Tip Five: Don't wear makeup to bed

For starters, makeup is not an essential part of skin care. In all actuality, it can irritate your skin and clog your pores. So, before laying your head on your pillow, make sure you remove all traces of makeup to allow your skin to breathe and restore itself properly.

Tip Six: Don't forget your vitamins or your chromium supplements

Acne can be caused by vitamin deficiency. To remedy this situation, you must make sure that you are getting plenty of vitamins. Chromium, on the other hand, helps the skin heal quickly.

Tip Seven: Vitamin A & Zinc

A healthy diet is one of the best biological acne cures for acne. In some cases, a change in diet can actually be the ideal acne cure.

Vitamin A is commonly used as part of a natural acne remedy. This vitamin helps reduce the production of sebum and helps strengthen the skin's protective tissue. You can find this vitamin in certain foods such as spinach, carrots and liver.

Zinc is an antibacterial agent that can help your body fight off infection. You can get zinc from meat products like beef, turkey, chicken and even lobsters and crabmeat. However, not everyone eats meat. If you are one of these people and prefer a diet rich in fruits and vegetables you can obtain this mineral by eating wholegrain foods, brown rice, potatoes, and peanuts.

Tip Eight: Wash your Pillowcase Often

Fabric can absorb oils from your face and transfer them back onto your skin, so in order to avoid this you should wash your bedding as often as possible.

Natural products such as BIOACNECURE can help treat acne, especially severe acne. In addition to using this natural product, you should also make some lifestyle changes that can help prevent acne, if not, you may be waiting for the problem to go away on its own and that will only make acne worse.
